•Ensure cost- effective use of materials by monitoring its proper usage.
•Monitoring progress for manpower and machines.
•Design of Softscape, hardscape using AutoCAD, SketchUp and Lumion for private villa or small scale work.

• Creating conceptual and detailed landscape designs that meet the clients needs and preferences. This involves selecting appropriate plant species, designing hardscape features such as pathways, patios, and retaining walls, and integrating elements like water features and lighting.
• Collaborating with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints. design concepts, solicit feedback, and provide guidance on maintenance requirements and long-term care of the landscape
•Managing the construction process to ensure that the landscape design is implemented according to specifications. coordinating with contractors, overseeing the installation of hardscape features and plantings, and resolving any issues that arise during construction.
•Planning and managing landscape projects from inception to completion. developing project timelines, allocating resources, monitoring progress, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure that deadlines and budgetary constraints are met.
•Developing maintenance plans and schedules to ensure that landscapes remain healthy and attractive over time.recommending pruning schedules, fertilization programs, and pest management strategies to maintain plant health and vitality.

•Directing and supervising maintenance crews in tasks such as mowing, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, and pest control.
•Overseeing the maintenance and repair of landscaping equipment, such as mowers, trimmers, and irrigation systems. Ensuring that equipment is properly serviced and in good working condition to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
•Assisting in the development and management of the landscape maintenance budget.
•Providing guidance on proper planting techniques and ongoing care to ensure the health and vitality of plantings.
•Conducting regular inspections of landscaping work to ensure that quality standards are met or exceeded. Evaluating the health and appearance of plantings, assessing the condition of hardscape elements, and identifying areas for improvement.

• Job responsibility: Community mobilization, Participatory planning through (PRA), User group identification and organization, Self Help Group (SHG) formation. Assisting watershed association in organizing meetings and keeping of records. Scheme planning for farmers such as: Soil conservation structures, Land Development, Vegetative Structure, Livelihood and Water Harvesting Structure. Distribution of seed and prepare crop planning for each farmer season wise. Interaction with panchayat members and other PRI members.
