MODA HOUSING PROJECT
Construction works for 186 Villas, Masjid & Clinic with underground utilities.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for all mechanical works including drawing, execution, procurement, material delivery & inspection at site in coordination with QA / QC department such as HVAC, firefighting & plumbing system.
Install, test and commission Package units, A.H.U, F.C.U, VAV and Split units.
Install, test and commission the duct system, insulation, cladding and all accessories according to approved drawing and solve any problem opposes the works.
Install, test and commission of PVC, UPVC, PPR & HDPE pipes for plumbing system.
Install, test and commission of Medical Gas systems including all accessories.
Install, test and commission the Fire Fighting pipe networks (Grooved & threaded) with all sprinklers, zone control valves and all accessories as per NFPA.
Secure all required manpower, material & tools which is needed on the site to keep the work progress always matching with the project aims.
Making Quantities and preparing P.O
Following up Embedded items installation will civil and electrical, Communication and other work on going, to prevent and modification later while mechanical work on going.
Preparing the daily, weekly & monthly reports for procurements, delivery & work progress.
Control, Procurement and Construction of all mechanical systems
Prepare and follow the time schedule as per project plan to achieve the handing over time.
Infrastructure Works:
Installation of HDPE & UPVC Piping for Potable, Irrigation, Fire, Sewer & Storm buried underground Networks.
Preparation and review of Hydro test package for pressure testing of all types of water supply systems.
Installation, test and commissioning of Gate Valves, Check Valves, Air Release Valve, Float Valves, Butterfly Motorized Valve, Water Hammer Arrestor, Water Meter, Pressure reducing Valve Assembly & Check Valve Assembly.
Installation of GRP manholes & inspection chambers as per standards & project specification.
Install, test & commissioning of Lifting stations with Submersible Pumps & Accessories.
Installation of Storm water drainage systems & Catch basins.
Install, test & commissioning of Irrigation system with piping and complete Accessories including Solenoid Valve box with drip line, bubbler, nozzle & sprinklers.
Install, test and commissioning of Fire Hydrants.
Install, test and commissioning for Water (Booster Pumps) & Fire Pumps (Jokey, Electrical & Diesel Pump) in pump rooms including Valves & Accessories.
Job Responsibility As Site Engineer:.
• Receiving design documents and reviewing the same.
• Preparing technical submittal according to the project specification.
• Reviewing design drawings and preparing detailed shop drawing accordingly.
• Follow the approval of the technical submittal and shop drawing with the consultant.
• Preparations of Quantity take off as per the approved drawings.
• Co-ordinate the HVAC/Plumbing works with other Services.
• Follow the delivery of the material as per the tender specifications.
• Allocating the man power as per the site activities and work priorities.
• Preparing weekly / monthly reports.
• Reporting to the project Manager/ Line Manager.
• Preparing cost analysis for any Variation works.
• Approval of the works done through consultant inspections. Raising RFI, inspection for work done
inspection for material etc.
• Following and attending consultant snags and closing the same, obtaining completion certificate.
