Maintains a good filing record to ensure Insurance Certificates, Parent Company Guarantees and Financial Guarantees are valid during the Contract period, and return Financial Guarantees upon Contract completion of contract.

Reviews and verifies payment certificates and invoices thoroughly to ensure that the payment is correctly charged to the Contract whilst monitoring expenditure against the ACV and initiate approval requests.

Disputes and claims by/against Contractors were resolved through negotiations and discussions. A total of 174 claims from Change Order Proposals (COP) and Request for Quotations (RFQ) were resolved. As a result, USD 2.04 Million savings were made out of potential claims from the Contractors.
