Implement and monitor the HSE Policies,
HSE smart objectives and targets of the company.
Responsible to coordinate with MR for the implementation of HSE management system.
Participating and coordinating during the certification & surveillance audit.
Prepare & Implement the HSE plan as per the client requirements.
Coordinate with local authorities / clients during their site safety visits.
Conduct the HSE audits & inspections on a periodical basis to reduce the deviations from the client/ local legal requirements/ Amana SP requirements.
Conduct internal training as per the project training plan.
Special training as per the client requirements.
To advise the Project Management on all HSE requirements.
To monitor and ensure that the site activities are in line with the HSE plan and procedures.
To maintain the site HSE record and filling system.
Participate in management review meeting on a periodical basis and raise concerns over the deviations in the management system.
Conduct risk assessment and environmental aspects/ impacts in coordination with the construction team.
Report all near misses, accidents on a timely basis & conduct through investigation to avoid reoccurrence. Conduct & attend periodical meetings with the company and clients.
Recognize and reward good HSE performance.
Prepare the company’s monthly / weekly HSE performance report.
Conduct regular emergency drills and exercises in coordination with the client. Ensure adequate PPE’s are available at site and everybody is using the same.
Communicate all emergency numbers/ situations to all employees and act as an emergency leader in case of an emergency.
Bringing to the attention of staff, occupational health and safety hazards associated with their work.
To increase health and safety awareness at all levels within the organization;
To conduct, as necessary, the safety inspection of any facility.
To investigate and report on complaints of hazardous working conditions to the Safety Manager and / or other appropriate senior staff.
To arrange for Occupational Health and Safety testing and/or evaluations of the workplace by external agencies/consultants as may be necessary.
To coordinate the training of personnel in areas of safety, including first aid, CPR, accident prevention and investigation, work place inspections and other matters relating to.
Apply medical necessity guidelines, determine coverage, complete eligibility verification, and identify discrepancies.
