Troubleshoot LAN/WAN connectivity issue (Switch port, VLANS, EIGRP, and OSPF, VPN) and contact ISP to have it resolve.
Configure Cisco Router, 3800, 2800, 1800 Series.
Configure Cisco Core Switch Catalyst 4500.

Carry out IT functions, including setting up of Personal computers and Laptop; Upgrading of hardware (disks, memories, network wiring, power sources, etc.) and routine checkup; installation and updating of software's.
Assist in the creation of email accounts, Domain user accounts and working together in solving network administration problems. Assist in upgrading patches and anti-virus programs on a regular basis.
Installation and administration of communications equipment for wired and wireless physical and logical networks;
LAN/WAN Administration for Win 2000, 2003 servers, File server, , Cisco routers, wireless equipment, hubs, switches, network cabling, etc;
Maintain and analyse telecommunications data and statistics to identify cost saving measures;
Monitor, maintain and analyze network utilization to ensure optimal network performance and avoid misuse of network resources;
Identify and test new software and hardware for improved system performance;
Guide, train and supervise staff maintaining inventory of material and/or database of information such as, computer related equipment, communications equipment, toner etc.
