Code, Testing and Material Compliance of services and products and the Standard of strike's Quality Management System.
Monitoring and administering the QA/QC Plan or Programmed and ensuring incorporated materials on construction projects.
Executes the specific inspections on materials.
Equipment's installation activities on site.
Issues the relevant Quality Records and, when necessary, writes and sends to QC Supervisor non-conformances reports.

Witnessed PT, MT, UT & RT examinations and results on various process plant equipment’s.
Mechanical repair carried out on piping.
CUI inspection on Pipeline, pressure vessel, Heat Exchanger, Storage Tanks.
Inspection both manual valve and PRDS at workshop with accordance with API-598.
Hydro test carried out on heat exchanger for shell side and tube side after repair and during maintenance activities.
Ensure all quality activities are performed in accordance with relevant ITP, QCP, WPS applicable codes and project specifications.
Visual and dimensional inspection of incoming raw materials.
Cross verification of ISO with P&ID to conform the correct Equipment nozzle connection and flow directions.
Training of worker for proper flange assembly and bolts torqueing as per procedure.
Inspection piping just before erection to verify that interior is clear of foreign materials. Check edge preparation and fit-ups to verify that areas to be welded are free of contaminants and that fit-up is within tolerance.
Pipe line check prior to release for hydro testing, punch list preparations, punch clearing, confirms repairs, re-testing and re-inspection.
Witness pressure leak test like hydro test and pneumatic test for piping, pipelines and verification that pressure gauges have adequate dial range and is calibrated.
