• Ensuring timely and accurate financial analysis for critical decision making. Managing month-end process and developed an efficient process to track expense accruals and provisions.
• Responsible for preparation of supporting schedules, as well as liaison, with External Auditors (Ernst & Young) for validation of business transactions and effectiveness of Internal Controls.
• Developed implemented and monitored internal and external reporting processes; produced and analyzed financial statements; resulting in reduced reporting time by 50%.
• Participated in the design and then implemented a fully integrated MIS system resulting in an automated ordering, processing, delivery and accounting for all products. The new system provided accurate and timely data to management.
