Main Additional Accountabilities and Responsibilities @ PCSB / CHESS :

• Monitor the preparatory works prior to commencement of
work i.e. fill up the pipe tunnel, functional test of the
equipments and etc.
• effectiveness and in compliance to HSE and Quality
requirements.
• Ensure that work is carried out in accordance with the
Contract and specifications
• Monitor movement of the personnel, equipments,
barge/vessel spread.
• Participate in the implementation of HSE plan i.e. pre job
briefing, safety walkabout, hygiene inspection, drill, safety
campaign and etc.
• Implement and follow-up action in accordance with the
PETRONAS and PCSB’S HSE policies, procedures and
requirements.
• Monitor the marine spread activities i.e. anchor handling
operation, personnel/equipments transfer, mooring of
material barges.
• Verify and close out of the punch list of the project scope of
works in compliance to the contract and prior to issuance of
Notice of Provisional Acceptance
• Ensure safety standards and requirements and observed
bring policy matters to attention of superiors.
• Witness the calibration and testing of project equipment and
verify validity of the calibration and testing record.
• Monitor and verify the pre and post-installation surveys of all
structures to be installed by the Contractor is in accordance
with company requirement and specifications.
• Monitor and verify that all new structures position are within
tolerance as specified in Company’s standard.
• Ensure and verify the function ability and operability of the
barge positioning systems as outlined in Contract
requirements and Company’s specifications.
• Monitor, verify and in close liaison with Marine Captains,
Field Engineer, Surveyor, Barge Foreman, Tower operator
and AHT’s Master during anchor handling operations or
during
• Lifting Inspection and monitoring activities to ensure all
condition as good and meet requirement.
• ROV subsea monitoring performing underwater survey on
good condition.
• Monitoring and ensure all divers perform our duty as follow
by PTS and underwater work spec. IMCA
• Monitor and perform inspection Air diving equipment on mob
and before perform diving activities
• Visual inspection and visual checking SAT diver Chamber
before compress diver and SAT BELL for the diving activities
