• Manage the QA department activities on daily basis ensuring that all needed activities & reports are completed and submitted on time

• Manage all the aspects pertaining to the Quality Assurance to achieve the quality targets and establish QA system appropriate to the international as well as
Heineken standards including the Set up of the quality management procedures.
• Share in the Suppliers evaluation
• Responsible to plan, establish & implement the internal quality system audit, process audit as well as the final product audit and follow up the system
related non-conformities.
• Deal with the customer complaints / returned products and find a way to satisfy customers reasonably as well as preventing / eliminating the reoccurrence
of similar complaints.
• Conduct a Quality training for ABC plants (All Levels including shop floor level).
• .
• Improve the product quality with the effective implementation of GMP, ISO, HACCP & international standards.
• Identify, develop, recommend and implement changes and improvements in operation practices, procedures, methodology and equipment to ensure that activities satisfy the requirements of the Quality Assurance as well as Heineken standards,
• Provide technical advice and assistance to operation, warehouse, maintenance, technical departments and administration
• Ensure the specified product quality and its consistency, and Freezing the production in case of discrepancies.
• Define problem areas and share the management team to design the appropriate counter measures
• Responsible to implement and maintain continual improvement programs as well as create conditions for continues improvement e.g. self-assessment method, process orientation and internal / external customer feedback
• Responsible of quality cost analysis, external stoppages, trials management in order to improve the quality and / or reduce the losses
