I worked full-time as a CSR specialist at CAREEM. During that time, I've logged daily doing everything related to the system process, Such as GPS errors, duration, the rating of the customers, and cash collected, to reach the maximum satisfaction of the customers with the trips they make with us as a booking app application.
Manage the project considering integration across all areas.
• Engage with cast and director.
• Develop a Project Plan.

• Monitor and manage the project schedule.

• Deal with operational issues, and solved it.
• Prepare Project Status Reports and Project Change Requests for the steering committee.
• Ensure project meets requirements and objectives.

I worked as a developer my main responsibilities are :
Create an application monthly for windows 8.1 and windows phone 8.1, from the scratch (design and coding backend), and then make a presentation to present it to my team leader.
3 months later, I took an extra work to be a leader for a group of five students to teach them how to develop an application monthly, and how to represent it and upgrading their communication skills.
