Design:
HVAC: Heat Load Calculations, Duct Sizing, Manual Calculations as per ASHRAE, SMACNA or software’s like HAP, TRACE, ELITE.
Firefighting: Sprinkler, Fire pump as per NFPA Standards and Software Calculations
Plumbing: Drainage, Water Supply, Irrigation, Storm Water, Lifting Station, Pipe Sizing etc & Calculations as per Uniform or National Plumbing Code.
Documentation:
Electro - Mechanical Drawings, Technical Specifications, Scope of work, Bill of Quantities, Contract Agreements, Material & Drawing Submittals.
Estimation:
• Proficient in both pre- and post-Contract Cost Estimation duties.
• Get Cost Guidance from Suppliers and Manufacturers.
• Prepare Comparison Studies based on Supplier’s Quotations.
• Correspond and negotiate with suppliers on both Technical and Commercial aspects of Product.
• Work closely with procurement department to deliver pre-contract estimates.
• Cross check Quantity Take - Offs.
Site Execution:
• Full scale Project Management
• Implementation of Quality Standards and Target Time Frame.
• Review and Approval of Design Drawings, Shop Drawings, Material Submittals, Variation Orders & Payment Certificates.
• Daily Site Inspections.
• Weekly & Monthly review and follow up Meetings.
Stakeholder Management:
• Worked closely with Field Personal daily to assist in day-to-day Operations and specific project needs.
• Communication with Client & General Contractors to discuss project schedules, project progress etc.
• Attend weekly Contractor & Sub - Contractor meetings and owner's meeting as required.
• Maintain a strong alliance and high credibility with Customers, Vendors, Contractors, Clients, and Service Support and Team Members
