• Compiling lists of prospective dealers for use as sales leads, based on information from newspapers, business directories, industry ads, trade shows, Internet Web sites, and other sources
• Conducting direct sales employing face-to-face selling methodologies. Visiting/ following-up on enterprises according to set
• schedules in the region in a timely and efficient manner
• Quoting prices and credit terms and preparing sales contracts for orders obtained
• Estimating date of delivery to dealers, based on knowledge of own company's delivery schedules
• Keeping strong relations and contacts with client to ensure the continual generation of business opportunities
• Preparing reports of business transactions and keeping expense accounts and working with other sales executives to keep
• Tracking stock levels in coordination with the warehouse to ensure meeting the dealers requirements on time and without delay
• Maintaining a client database updated with the necessary information periodically in order to document and easily
• Recognizes dealers' status. Providing sales supervisor with summaries of sales information that contributes to following
• leads and quota setting
• Collecting and analyzing sales information and competitors status in the market to be utilized in developing
• future marketing and sales plans
• Attending to customers' complaints regarding aspects such as delay in delivery and resolving any related issues
• Providing information required by dealers regarding terms, products features, specifications …etc
• Preparing periodic reports with respect to assigned tasks to be submitted to the Sales Manager
• Performing other duties related to the job as assigned by the Sales Manager

Including Responsibilities

• Manage stock control, the self-assured receipt, storage, retrieval and timely delivery of goods, shipment loading & transferring, document recording and data entry into system.
• Planning, organizing and controlling of Warehouse, over-all operations.
• Prepare rejection/damage report
• Follow up of purchase order & monitor pending procurement requests and arrangement for initial inspection
• Issue Inventory report, IN/OUT status report, consumption report.
• Maintain housekeeping of warehouse and surrounding area
• Health & Safety compliance in accordance with company policy
• Fixed Assets contemporary record supervision and managing time to time physical verifications
• Allotment the fixed assets code to material & equipment’s
• Maintain all the data in ERP System
• Prepare reports for auditors & management
• Supervision at the time of dismantling of fixed assets for inventory purpose.
• Controlling all re-export procedure.
• Coordination with sales and account department.
• Preparing and managing all shipping documents for products.
