• Supervise execution of primary wet utilities including potable water,
networks, sewage, irrigation, and storm water systems.
• Manage installation of tanks and pumping stations including potable water
tanks, irrigation tanks, and pump stations with full MEP coordination.
• Oversee provision works for primary district cooling and gas networks.
• Ensure compliance with approved shop drawings, specifications, method
statements, and ITPs.
• Conduct inspections, review MIRs, WIRs, and raise NCRs where required.
• Coordinate with civil, electrical, and infrastructure teams to ensure proper
interface and level control.
• Monitor testing & commissioning activities including hydro test, flushing,
disinfection, and performance testing.
• Attend progress meetings with client and consultant; track priorities and
close technical issues.

• Perform inspection and surveillance of mechanical works related to potable water, irrigation, and sewage networks as per approved drawings, specifications, and project standards.
• Ensure all activities comply with QA/QC procedures, method statements, and ITP (Inspection & Test Plan).
• Coordinate with contractor, consultant, and client representatives during inspections.
• Maintain inspection records, reports, and documentation according to project QA/QC requirements.
• Monitor testing & commissioning activities including hydro test, flushing, disinfection, and performance testing.
• Attend progress meetings with client and consultant; track priorities and close technical issues.
