Manage and control the showroom & outdoor catering services for the client to agree specification and to agree performance, quality and financial targets.
Outdoor Catering :
Produce all food services to the agreed client standard through the catering team.
Manage the quality and hygiene of the food cycle from preparation through to delivery.

Showroom Duties :
Responsible for preparing and displaying bakery items
Perform the day-to-day operations that keep the bakery functioning
Execute tasks ranging from employee development and budgeting, to sales management and workplace safety.
Delivering customer service, processing invoices, coordinating orders with outside vendors, and stocking shelves and cases with products
Responsible for the overall performance of the bakery department. In addition to managing the daily output and display of bakery products
Reducing costs, hiring and training new employees, monitoring product quality and consistency, tracking inventory and managing the bakery's budge
