o Astute manager with a flair for adopting modern construction methodologies, systems in compliance with quality standards.
Expertise in swiftly ramping up projects with competent cross-functional skills and on time execution
o Deftness in project monitoring and review of project schedules, ensuring cost control within budgeted parameters.
o An effective communicator with exceptional relationship management skills with ability to relate to people at any level of business.
Evaluate feasibility for the execution of plant modification projects, developing plans & schedules for the same in sync with project budgets
 Develop project execution plans after thorough discussion with clients, selection of sites, project evaluation in terms of outlays and profits attached.
 Supervise all construction activities including providing technical inputs for methodologies of construction & coordination with site management activities.
 Preparation & floating of tenders to contractors/sub contractors, evaluation of offers, techno-commercial discussion & finalisation of contract in view of project schedule.
 The delay analysis is different approaches for during and after project
 Time impact analysis preferred but recognised as most costly and time consuming when done retrospectively
 Other common methods ‘As-planned’ Vs ‘As-built’ impacted ‘As-planned’ and Collapse ‘As-built’.
 Evaluate the contractor claim from approved programme and all contemporary records, condition of contract, FEDIC, forensic schedule analysis (AACE international recommended practice), the society of construction law delay and disruption protocol and progressing of project.
