Roles & Responsibilities
AS an EA:
Assist the Director with travel and meeting schedules as per diary of daily events.
Downward and upward communication of updates from and to the management on various project and business aspects.
Identifying and presenting new opportunities of growth to Management.
Undertake Business Modelling in association with other functional and group heads, model a variety of business scenarios based upon the inputs.
Provide the senior management with strategy insights, market inputs & Business research and make presentations on the same.
Regular reporting on MIS to the senior management.
Drafting Minutes of Meeting, preparing agendas and circulating the same.
Various Ad hoc tasks that are required from Management on time to time basis.
AS a Business Strategist:
Market study, planning, detailing and coordinating with various departments for product development (includes developing master plan, layouts, pricing and product launch and monitoring sales) based on deadlines.
Lead initiatives for the new projects & joint development.
New Project feasibility, Sales Forecasting, Cash flow planning & pricing strategy to achieve maximum returns.
Assess strategic options and undertake scenario planning to determine feasibility and anticipated return on investment
Planning & implementing marketing campaign for the residential projects based on marketing ROI.
Competition analysis and market study of products, pricing and offers.
All activities requiring coordination from the Chairman’s Office pertaining to Power Development, Infrastructure Development Projects & Real Estate Projects.
Keep track of Industry trends in the Infrastructure sector and Realty sector & do competitive & financial benchmarking.
Development and production of portfolio-level reports, dashboards, scorecards and analyses to generate insights that inform and enable business strategies.
