• Duties

• Review the consolidator's, Freight Forwarders as well as Customs Broker's invoices prior to submit to the finance department.
• Communicate with the personnel issues to the administration
• Follow stock movements.
• Dealing with Customs Clearance brokers after issuing the clearance documents.
• Update & review the open status through access files.
• Update the Expediting sheet according to the daily progress of shipments.
• Coordinating with overseas to facilitate smooth operations.
• Follow up sales to compare it with inventory before purchasing.
• Monitoring data management to keep accurate product, contract, pricing and invoicing information.
• Working closely with suppliers and customers to improve operations, reduce cost & problem solving as needed.
• Ensuring the personal safety and safe working environment of staff.
• Negotiating contracts to reduce costs and achieve maximum efficiency.
• Providing accurate routing information to ensure that delivery times and locations are coordinated.
• Obtaining quotes for transportation and also making cost comparisons.
• Recruiting & train young Saudis to apply government regulations .
• Define and update the shipment routs to the best utilizes the shipping capacity at the lowest cost possible.
• Control and navigate the operational cost as per the allocated budget.
• Ensure the strict respect of safe & on time delivery en route
• Represent the logistic department in the daily operational meeting while aligning with company’s objectives
• Ensure the implementation of logistics fundamentals i.e. warehousing, distribution operations, transportation, and replenishment
• Follow up all the relevant matters of forwarders
• Lead the logistics team into achieving assigned target on a daily, weekly & monthly basis.
• Effectively work with multi functional resources (sales, customer service, production, HR & administration, accounting to best achieve the department’s targets
