• Experience in Oracle Network Configuration (LISTNER, TNSNAMES etc.) in dedicated server.

• Experience using Oracle utilities. (Exp& Imp, expdp & Impdp, sqlldr, etc.)
• Experience in generating, reviewing and analyzing the AWR, ASH and ADDM Report.
• Client software installation on UNIX/LINUX servers’.
• Basic Knowledge of Oracle 11gR2RAC Environment.
• Troubleshoot any cluster related issues using srvctl or crsctl utility or by reviewing cluster logs.
• Management and administration of users and their apps build under Oracle Application Express 4.2
• Create, delete and maintenance of workspaces and using Oracle APEX 4.2
• 24*7 support to all production, development and testing databases.
• Escalation to oracle support on issues related to all environments (Production, Test and Development).
• Working with the Ticket Management tool (BMC Remedy 7.1) to manage tickets. Handle Change Management process and Incident Management tickets for all the production, development and testing database changes.
• Awareness of ITIL/ITIS processes.
