Responsible for providing support to the talent acquisition process through pre- and post- hiring activities, in order to effectively achieve the recruitment objectives of the manpower plans.
. Apply & coordinate the recruitment activities
with the different business units
including: sourcing, screening & selection, interview, offering and onboarding.
. Follow up the new joiners activities with the
concerned partes
(onboarding and probation period evaluation)
. Follow up the outsource companies matters
with the concerned parties
. Update the weekly recruitment reports
. Update the Talent Acquisition dashboard
. Development of Talent Acquisition process & forms
