Plan, supervise, coordinate and keep track of maintenance procedures and activities together with the maintenance manager and maintenance planner.
Define and manage appraisals and training for instrumentation and electrical technicians.
Monitor consumption of utilities and electricity and adopt certain measures to reduce utilization in support of the maintenance manager.
Plan, prepare and assist special research, automation, and process control
Administer, manage and report on the installation safety.
Plan and collaborate with outside contacts on required materials such as electricity.
Supervise, recommend and manage electrical and technical material in addition to the control equipment suppliers.
Identify and document any service quality issues about instrumentation and electricity and make sure that relevant solutions are provided to resolve them.
Make sure that all safety policies, preventive measures, rules, and regulations laid down by the management are implemented and followed.
Monitor the good quality and correct repair, scheduled checks/tests, overhaul, QA equipment/instruments and safety controls, and re-calibration of all processes in the factory as per the engineering practices and standards as well as manufacturers' maintenance manuals.
Keep track of safety measures, controllers, general service instruments, calibration process, and communication
Make certain that corrective activities are implemented and followed up.
Prepares the technical documentation for instrumentation and systems requisitions and performs the technical evaluations.
Provides technical support to the Project group.
Optimizes instrument systems, ensuring minimal cost and simplification in compliance with the required performance.
Prepares specifications for instrument systems and installation.
Prepares instrument data sheets and loop diagrams.
Implements detailed engineering activities (layouts, routings, supports...).
A training program by the Ministry of Labor, with implementation from Al Hussein Technical University, 300 hours of technical, linguistic and functional skills training, in addition to one month of military training at Royal Military Armor School.
Technical training with two company:
1-SAM Engineering, especially in control systems, PLC and SCADA.
2-Al Refa'i Modern Hydraulic Systems Company, especially in Hydraulic and Pneumatic Systems.
Online Training:
- Two courses in PLC from Rockwell Automation.
