•Preparation of periodical ad hoc company performance analysis report, which includes financial statements, ratios, Production and sales.
•Analysis of variances to budget for revenue as well as operating expenses and provide recommendations.
•1+3 budgeting for 18 chemical products which includes the forecasting of sales, raw materials prices, fixed cost and other cost areas.
•Analyse SAP financial and production models to insure accurate cost allocation, joint venture accounting and fair financial presentation.
•Perform complex financial and operational models to support short term and long rang strategic plans and operating budgets.
•Conduct feasibility financial analysis for new and existing projects.

•Review and consolidate the budgets of 12 multinational manufacturing units.
•Preparation of periodical performance analysis for the chemical business unit which holds 12 manufacturing sites.
•Support marketing in setting the minimum accepted netback (MAN).
•Preparation of case study analysis, sensitivity analysis and feasibility analysis to assess the management decision making for projects and investments.
•Provide support to manufacturing sites for shutdown decisions.
