Handling incoming FIT/ GROUP inquiries (Inbound).
Close inbound sales - Successfully convert inbound prospects for the new and existing
agents using negotiation skills.
Proposal Preparation - Identify guests needs and utilize in-depth product knowledge to
prepare proposals and propose accordingly.
Handle objections and resolve guests problems.
Handling all arrangements for the tourists (hotels, transfers, rentals, invoices, etc..).
Understand and comply with the company business plans.
Promote the company for airline ticket needs and other ground handling requirements to existing and new corporate accounts as well as individuals.
Make sales calls with the objective of acquiring new corporate clients and cash business, for business and leisure travels.
Maintain excellent relations with clients and provide support and assistance ensuring that
all travel requirements are handled efficiently.
Assists in reconciliation of accounts & collections in coordination with finance department.
Deal directly with customers either by telephone, e-mail or face to face.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
Provide pricing and delivery information.
Process orders, applications and requests.
Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource.
Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
Compile data according to the given criteria and format it in excel work book.
Filter and data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to
locate and correct code problems.
Ensure that all projects are delivered on time and report the status of the project to
manager or any officer authorized by the management.
