Job responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end MEP delivery across engineering, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, close-out, and final handover.

• Manage package interfaces between consultants, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, BIM teams, procurement, planning, and site teams to ensure alignment across all delivery stages.
• Monitor MEP progress against project milestones, procurement trackers, technical approval logs, site constraints, commissioning requirements, and handover targets.
• Identify technical risks, coordination conflicts, long-lead procurement issues, scope gaps, and site execution constraints, then implement corrective actions to protect project delivery.
• Chair technical coordination meetings, package interface reviews, progress discussions to close open issues, support decision-making, and maintain delivery momentum.
