 Coordinate with QA department to create and finalize the Manufacturing Process specifications which should be implemented and inspected by 3rd party during executing the customer production order as per company policy.
 Coordinate and support maintenance department to set up necessary plan, and execute maintenance work during hours, weekend, holydays and shut down plan.
 Take responsibility of new invested machinery and to fulfill the requirements in technical study, installation, commissioning and start up.
 Monitor and maintain safety regulation in production line.
 Perform all other related duties as assigned by CEO.
 Continuously develop new method and increase personnel technical skills to improve production activity.

2. FACTORY MANAGER at alfanar Precast

Oversee all Factory shop floor operations, reporting to General Manager. Capacity of producing precast cladding, panels, Hollow core slabs, pre-stressed beams, TT slabs, gray structure elements and Box Culverts, and GRC plant, bath /kitchen pods and modular. Handling 16 beds of hollow core slabs, 110 tables for precast, circulation table line, 2 double tee slabs lines and 2 lines for prestressed beam and stock yard activities. Create and develop a production line for precast modular.
Responsibilities: Production planning, Batching plants, Production sections, Stock yard & logistics, Metal work shop. Aggregates crusher plant (external plant).
 Improve processes and policies in support of organizational goals. Monitor adherence to rules, regulations and procedures. Primary responsibility is ensuring organizational effectiveness by providing leadership for the operations functions. Working with the management team. Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customers’ expectations.Work closely with Precast Plant Superintendent and engineer to ensure work is being done correctly and per schedule.Increase production capacity, assets’ utilization and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards. Complex, universities, Boundary walls and Apartments, Head Quarters, Private villas, Housing Projects,

etc. These Projects are containing different types of precast concrete elements such as Footings,

Columns, Beams, and Solid slabs, Double Tee Slabs, Hollow Core Slabs, Pre‐stressed Beams, Claddings,

Solid Panels and Sandwich Panels.

Main duties:
 Review and study Contract Documents, BOQ and Preliminary drawings for further details.
 Decompose work into major deliverables, identify activities to be performed and sequence of activities.
 Based on workshop drawings, start production plan to comply with erection requirements and min mold

changes and less waste materials within the scheduled time frames.
 Before initiate fabrication, arrange of Electromechanical, fixing and other embeds/accessories materials

from shop drawings.
 Prepare daily/weekly production plans.
 Prepare all required reports required by management.
 During Design stage, following up the progress with the Design Department for remaining drawings (if

available).
 Prioritize and arrange required resources to start delivery as per the detailed project schedule.
 Enjoining to coordinate with all related departments/ sections / suppliers to ensure adherence to the

contractual commitments with clients.
 Follow up the production, stock yard, erection rates depending on the Time Schedule.
 As per contract terms and conditions, prepare Monthly quantity produced, delivered and forward to for
