• Develops specifications & requirement to facilitate procurement of parts and equipment for Electro-mechanical projects.
• Analyze and evaluate all purchasing requisitions to ensure clarity and completeness in description of material and equipment.
• Review vendors, suppliers & sub-contractors quotations to determine best price and deliver date.
• Negotiate with suppliers and/or Sub-contractors to ensure that target prices, company’s terms and conditions are met.
• Prepare comparative analyses documents related to specs, price, delivery conditions and mode of transportation.
• Prepare & issue purchase orders in accordance with selected suppliers, price and technical specifications.
• Prepare contracts for sub-contractors using FIDIC short form Agreement for all sub-contractors for the electro-mechanical Works
• Develop detailed planning and reporting activities related to procurement.
• Responsible for all the company products design.
• Plan, organize and direct the manufacturing and maintenance operations which ensure the most effective operation.
• Responsible for all the factory facilities; design, construction, and maintenance.
• Conducting all company feasibility study for any investment issue.
• Hire, Manage, and fire the human resource of the organization according to authorized personnel policies and procedures that fully confirm current laws and regulation.
• Evaluate the organization’s and the staff’s performance on a regular basis.
• Responsible for all the technical marketing.
• Responsible for all the advertising for the company (logo, brochures, technical data sheets).
• Develop plans, and budgets for Board approval and manage the organization’s resources within those budget
• November 2005 - February 2006:
• Design a silos (Petro jet)
• Seamar machine.
• February 2006 - June 2006:
• Studying the current state layout of our factories, and study the work flow of our Products in order to modify our Factories Layout to increase our production rate.
• Develop a layout of a factory for manufacturing steel, corrugated sheets, sandwich panels in Sudan.
• June 2006 - March 2007: GUPCO (Replacement for 10 turbine enclosures and HI-Fog Cabinet). Design, Manufacturing, and Erecting for the Package.
• January 2007- May 2007: Shelters (ALKAN NETWORKS) engineered for housing Telecom equipment.

• Responsible for the ISO 9001: 2000 for the company
• Project coordinator for Sudan pump stations (manufacturing)
• Responsible for all the caravan projects (sales, Design, project coordination).
