-Direct sales of the company's grand privilege product.
-Order processing.
-Lead generation.
El-Rowad for securities brokerage is one of the pioneer companies in the field of securities brokerage in Egypt, and during my work at the company:
o I job shadowed different departments of the company gaining an insight into the company’s operations.
o I accumulated a portfolio of knowledge about the stock market mechanisms and securities trading procedures.
Vodafone is a multinational telecommunications company operating in Egypt, and as a Customer Service Representative at Vodafone International Services “United Kingdom’s account” I was responsible for:
o The Identification of customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
o Building sustainable relationships and trust with customers.
o Providing accurate and complete information by using the right methods.
o Handling customers complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
Reason for leaving: Fulfilling my military service obligation.
The First year: It studied the principles of Political Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Law, Micro and Macro Economics and Math. The Second year : I chose Economics as my major specialization, and i studied Micro and Macro Economics for intermediates, Accounting, Money and Banking, Mathematical Economics, Statistical Economics and the Economic History of Egypt. The Third year : I chose Political Science as my minor specialization and i studied Economic Development, Advanced Mathematical Economics, Financial Economics, Economic Research Methodology, Statistics, Contemporary Economic Issues, International relations theory and Corporate Law. The Fourth year : I studied Feasibility studies, National Accounting, Institutional Economics, Labor Economics, Industrial Economics and Political systems in the Arab world. Graduation Project : Entrepreneurial activities and its effect on Economic performance in Egypt.
