Duties and Responsibilities
Assisting in developing integrated and phased logistics plans, including but not limited to people
movement, material movement, the introduction of abnormal loads, and others to meet the
overall construction schedule and milestones.
Coordinating requirements for logistics plan content with all the relevant teams.
Working on drafting, developing, and seeking approval from local traffic management for the
truck’s routes from/into the city.
Assisting the planning managers in incorporating the key logistics milestones into the overall
program
Planning and compliance monitoring of logistics operations in the context of the assigned projects' strategic objectives, including movements of manufacturing materials, equipment, people, and
waste.
Provides continuous improvement on logistics planning and effective implementation through
proactive dialogue with senior management.
Identify and evaluate drawings, Logistic technical manuals, and other documents to support
logistics deployment.
Coordinating requirements for logistics plan content with the manufacturing team, project
managers, engineers, and suppliers.
Assisting the planning managers to incorporate the key logistics milestones into the overall
project.
Planning the use of key assets such as forklifts, and material handling equipment to adhere with
the project.
Project: Construction and Rehabilitation of existing and new Potable and waste Sewage water collection-disposal.
Duties and Responsibilities
Transportation engineering and preparing traffic diversion plan is a set of all documents containing all details of work zone drawings, temporary traffic diversion routes management plans, and drawings.
Check all diversion sign boards, safety barriers, safety cons, flashlights, and diversion routes cleared as per diversion drawings. (i.e. stop speed limit, road closed ahead, arrow direction boards,
location sign boards, etc.)
Issuing work permits and vehicle access passes and managing the records. Working with multiple consultants and contractors at the same time.
Prepare checks lists and documentation required by concerned Governmental and local authorities
Following applicable logistics rules and regulations on construction projects for issuing work permits.
Provide support to the project management office (PMO) and deliver to construction teams to achieve
The construction delivery objectives through the sound implementation of logistics planning.
Provide reports and send emails to construction teams informing traffic relating to existing,
Emerging or change in logistics routes or any new traffic speed rules and violation penalties.
Create and manage logistics management information databases including close coordination with Mechanical Electrical plumbing (MEP) and transit logistic systems
Prepare daily, and weekly reports highlighting construction logistics mitigation and future planning.
Supervises a team of construction site Logistics representatives and data analysts through
knowledge and understanding of the contract requirements for logistics within the construction
contracts for their assigned project sites.
Leadership, ensuring compliance to the highest standards. Daily engagement directly with
Contractors and Sub-Contractors, Lessons Learned, Implement and follows Health Safety
Environment (HSE) logistics applicable rules and regulations on the construction project site.
Responsible for overseeing the planning and compliance monitoring of logistics operations for the
assigned projects, including movements of construction material, fuel, equipment, labor, etc.
Oversaw and validated permits, route diversion maps, updating and validating vehicle passes for
trucks and earth-moving vehicles on construction sites.
Ensure the site works safely, creating a site-specific safety manual and emergency logistic route plans and ensuring first aid cover and equipment are present.
Supervising the completion of all checks and documentation required by governing authorities and applicable rules and regulations on the construction site.
Planning logistic routes and setting up’s plans to move labor, Construction equipment, (Trucks,
cranes etc.) and materials around the site efficiently for each phase of the construction project.

Ensure effective and timely implementation of all Logistics daily operational goals, including shipping functions and Inventory Management.
Develop and initiate monthly reports having required project timelines, corporate metrics, and

Support inventory management consisting of reconciling and maintaining finished goods inventory and lot date at 3PL warehouse locations.
Analyze and log purchase orders commensurate to existing stock availability and reduce shipping costs.

Negotiate and support logistics costs for 3rd party logistics providers assisting with yearly budget goals.
Ensure processing orders and on-time delivery by the network of courier companies and warehouses.
Plan and arrange logistics required shipments.
Support simplification and standardization of processes to accelerate logistics and enhance efficiencies.
Identify enhancement opportunities and suggest solutions for improvement to top management.
Assist audits of vendor invoices and month-end processing to incorporate finance accruals.
Head team to develop, articulate and maintain logistic process documentation.
