• Created a performance evaluation and proposals for office boys for the 1st time in TVET Egypt.
- Acting as the contact point between employees, management and external authorities.
- Participating in setting executive plans, and achieving all the required administrative, and
financial activities, data quality assessments and oversight.
- Following up the implementation of the project's office and field activities in order to achieve
different objectives and results of the action plan on a daily basis.
- Visiting the governorates weekly to attend important meetings, provide technical support and
follow-up field and coordinative work.
- Reviewing all the administrative requirements throughout the project on a daily and weekly basis
participating in a monthly performance evaluation of the coordinators.
Doing administrative and clerical tasks (Archiving, filing, faxing, scanning, and printing).
- Preparing and editing letters, reports, memos, and emails.
- Arranging meetings, appointments, and executive travel.
- Recording meeting minutes, and liaising with teams and units.
- Tracking daily petty cash, and maintaining folders on servers.
- Covering reception and responding to customer enquiries and complaints, and answering phone
calls and taking messages.
- Leading and supervising 25 field coordinators in daily field visits and phone calls.
- Planning coordinators hiring process, gathering volunteers, leading project planning, budgeting,
action plans and monitoring processes.
- Participating in training materials edits (course outlines, background material, instructional
materials, and training aids).
- Reporting daily evaluation findings to the programs manager and recommending changes to
enhance the programs, as appropriate.
- Participating in organizing a number of annual students’ graduation ceremonies.
Achievements:
- Created programs’ surveys, coordinators’ performance evaluation, and picking the
ideal employees for the first time in workplace.
- Trained more than 10.000 volunteers and students over 5 years in formal schools in human
development and entrepreneurship programs.
- Ensuring running of the office operations starting from handling incoming calls and end-up with
preparing reports to the MD.
- Participated in events’ planning handle budgeting and some other financial processes.
