•Build and Manage “SAMACO, Audi, Bentley, Porsche, Volkswagen, Ferrari, Maserati, Lamborghini and Porsche design” digital presence across different platforms.
•Manage websites and mobile apps development projects and utilize e-commerce to create a new revenue stream.
•Develop, implement and manage a comprehensive 360 degrees integrated digital marketing and social media strategies that are aligned with brands strategies to drive traffic, increase conversion and acquire a new customer.
•Collaborate with C-level executives, GMs, marketing managers, HR manager and agencies for concept development in advertising campaigns, and monthly internal and external content creation to push through social media, website, and yammer.
•Lead and manage agencies, digital and social media specialists to build the needed competencies and to uplift their performance, enrich their knowledge and refine their skill set.
•Oversee and utilize technologies and new trends in the digital and social landscape to find ways to deliver communication and business objectives more effectively.
•Monitor and Identify threats and opportunities, and spread positive word of mouth about the brands and its products.
•Build, Identify and communicate with the influencers present in various social media platforms.
•Work closely with the customer service team to enhance the brand reputation by solve customers’ complaints and to answer inquiries in a particular time.
•Monitor and engage in brand-related online conversation and offline activities, and prepare comprehensive reports and competitive analysis on a periodical basis and take data-driven actions.
•Educate and train the company front office employees on the impact of social media on the daily operations
•Develop relevant policies and guidance around digital communications to ensure a consistent and professional approach
•Measure and optimize the performance of all digital marketing activities and, and assess against goals (Conversion Rate, ROI and KPIs).
• Develop Digital Marketing plan to spread news, and to build brand awareness in order to drive traffic to website and analyzing the insights.
• Implement and Manage Maserati Saudi Arabia Social Media plan.
• Monitor and engage in brand related online conversation, and Prepare monthly competitors analysis report.
• Influencer Outreach - Identify and communicate with online influencers present in various social media outlets.
• Create integration and syndication between all Social profiles and platforms.
• Train the company front office employee on the impact of social media to the daily operations
• Managing online marketing campaigns.
• Work with Product teams to develop content to push through Social Media.
• Work with internal teams to create compelling viral campaigns to drive awareness and sales across all key brands and constituents.
• Work with Customer Service teams to answer the customer inquires and to solve their problems .
• Research and propose new opportunities for Social Media marketing and advertising campaigns
• Provide metrics and ROI for participation in Social Media sites and ensure success
• Stay current with social media trends and incorporate as appropriate to improve the customer experience, drive sales and leverage ongoing customer involvement
• Investigate and implement new technologies, services and capabilities and/or vendor solutions that enhance social media efforts
• Plan, design and coordinate the development, installation, integration, and operation of web and computer-based systems.
• Lead and co-ordinate teams of information systems professionals, suppliers, and agencies in the development projects.
• Evaluates, suggests, Design and deploy new technologies and enhancements to existing applications, software, and operating systems to meet business requirements.
• Automate and design business processes to improve the response time and efficiency.
• Implement and manage Document Management System HR and Archiving Systems.
• Work with decision makers and stakeholders to define business requirements and systems goals to translate it into technical design specifications.
• Interact and negotiate with vendors, outsourcers, and contractors to purchase and develop system-related products and services.
• Implement the Risk Management Plan and assess areas of risks and recommend/implement changes as appropriate to the business.
• Create and maintain documentation as it relates to system configuration, mapping, processes, and service records.
• Manage database security, performance, troubleshooting, and other recovery processes in accordance with the company’s disaster recovery and business continuity strategies.
• Train users on the new systems to ensure that it continues to work effectively.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for operation and system.
• IT Support Professional to the Department handling user queries and requests related to ERP, Program, Network, through E-mail & Telephone.
• In house development of various technologies and applications, i.e. Vehicle Monitoring Portal, Intranet, along with the Company websites, Audi KSA, Porsche KSA, Volkswagen KSA, SAMACO, etc.
