O Managing the design services outsourced to the consultants for all Company projects throughout New Cairo, North Coast and October regions.
O Monitor work progress with external Consultants to ensure that it meets the budget and time objectives in addition to grantee professional design documents.
O Prepare Scope of work for design activities required from External Consultants in new projects.
O Prepare early projects breakdown from design briefs & Authorities regulations to be used for initial cost and feasibility studies for projects.
O Participating in Portfolio Enhancement Projects to maximize projects outcome.
O Applying Value engineering for all projects' items to introduce new methodologies and materials.
O Complete design management for the Red Sea projects, analyze fast track tasks and follow up works progress in order to meet the company objectives.
O Monitoring work progress in Technical, Operational and Sales aspects.
O Follow up Governmental approvals and permits for the projects.
O Prepare Consultancy Scope of Work and evaluate Technical proposals and financial claims in relation with requested scope.
O Prepare progress reports and works briefs for Top Management.
O Maintain work compatibility between assigned design Time Schedule and project Master Schedule of all stages.
O Monitoring work progress among In-House Teamwork and the outsourced consultants (Master Planning -Infrastructures -Slope Stability -Environmental Impact Assessment - Geophysical Study -Hydrology Studies -Geotechnical works).
O Administrating of Value Engineering Studies in cooperation with specialized external consultants for October region projects.
O Provide leadership and motivation to teamwork to achieve the optimum results.
O Develop the engineering team work's performance to achieve the best efficiency for the projects.
O Clients interface to discuss projects' vision and components.
O Prepare Technical Proposals including Time schedules and estimated budget.
O Responsible for operating Technical issues for various types of projects.
O Review and evaluate proposals and prepare progress reports.
O Follow up Design Development process for projects.
O Managing data among Clients, Gov. Authorities and teamwork in order to assure data handling efficiency and good incorporation into the design process.
O Follow up Tender Documents preparation and tendering process.
O Coordinate with Gov. Bodies to obtain building permits.
O Clients interface to clarify the Projects' objectives and estimated budget.
O Preparing Conceptual Design Proposals.
O Follow up Teamwork progress to meet target dates.
O Insuring consistency between design activities and clients' requirements.
O Coordinate works with other disciplines to insure compatibility with the required Arch. Design.
O Preparation of Tender Packages, Follow up tendering process & evaluating tender proposals.
O Tracking Office/ Projects' budget and controlling Cash flow.
O Prepare Design Criteria.
O Prepare Project Programs and discuss with Clients.
O Prepare Design Proposals.
O Prepare Working Drawings, Shop Drawings, Details & Technical Specifications.
O Coordinate Civil. Elec. HVAC working drawings with Arch. Design.
