readiness. Directed road safety audits, traffic
impact studies, and advised police and federal
authorities on enforcement measures.
Championed adoption of AI, V2X communication,
and real-time traffic analytics for a safer, smarter
city.

Managed on-site execution of road construction
projects, supervised compliance with design specs and
materials standards, and liaised with contractors and
consultants. Key projects included highways, tunnels,
and multimillion-dirham road expansions supporting
