• Advising department manager/supervisor of any delays to the daily operation, and highlighting the impact and recommending alternative solutions to reduce the service failing.
• Liaise with Transport, Logistics, Planning, Material service centers, Material Distribution centers and Customer Service for smooth functioning and implementation of day-to-day operations.
• Coordinating with Logistics to ensure that the First In First Out method of dispatching stock is realized at all times for on time delivery.
• Working closely with coordination units to make sure that all material discrepancies are addressed and communicated to all parties.
• Follow up with Material Storage Center’s to close off the outstanding and current POD’s.
• Coordinating with CODE 3 “Emergency deliveries” department for Planning & execution of urgent & emergency material on priority basis.
• Coordinate with Saudi Aramco claim unit for official and unofficial claims.
• Coordinate with vendors, end users and Customer Service department for claim process procedure.
• Interacting with all branch managers and vendors in order to solve the potential claims.
• Maintaining records of unsafe or damage material / load and to analyze them and gather evidences to prevent claims.
• To ensure the First In First Out method of dispatching stock is realized at all times by conducting spot checks and random material audits.
• Developing and implementing procedures to minimize loss or damaged of products in the warehouse.
• Develop standard operating procedure to have strong random checks for continuous improvement in Quality management system.
