Profile and Responsibilities: Store operation and Business Development

 Managing a Store of 25000 square feet and team of 35 member’s team.
 Maximizing business of the Store by promoting the highest standard of Customer Service and Visual Merchandising.
 Increasing revenue of Impulse by keeping right and timely replenishment of SKU.
 Monitoring Category performance SKU wise and providing timely feedback to Management to maximize revenue from provided space.
 Execution of Sale and Promotion plan to match with Company Marketing strategies.
 Maintaining awareness of market trends and monitoring local competitors.
 Identification of new opportunities for revenue generation.
 Managing Customer Order Delivery for furniture Items.
 Ensure Daily Cash SOP is followed for smooth flow of cash.
 Ensure Staff Accommodation visit is done every week and provided facilities is in working condition.
 Ensure Staff schedule is prepare per the requirement of the Store Operation.
 Ensure High Visibility to new launch and in house Brand.
 Leading, training and motivating team to beat the sales targets and to increase the Footfall.
 Ensuring all corporate and local regulations and procedures are met and complied.
 Managing and address shrinkage and stock loss
 Taking initiatives & responsibilities to achieve targets by using the available infrastructure, adding relevant steps to improve the same.
