Kings Land Global is one of the leading pioneers in the market of sourcing global real estate opportunities. As a new start-up venture in early 2011, I was intrinsically involved from the outset to create a new platform in the real estate market of offering selective and often exclusive investment opportunities. This is currently my second spell with Kings Land Global.
Achievements:
Sourced multiple new land and residential investment opportunities around London, UK promoting them to GCC clients.
Some of these projects included investment land in Dartford, Greater London; new ibis Styles Hotel development in Greenwich Peninsula, London; Glasgow airport car parking investment; and new residential homes in central London.
Managed multiple client applications for the St. Kitts & Nevis Citizenship-by-Investment Program. Investors were able to obtain new Commonwealth citizenship with real estate investment in the Caribbean islands of St. Kitts & Nevis.
Established a strong relationship with one of the with Government approved Service Providers to process new passport applications for investors in the St. Kitts & Nevis Citizenship Program.
Planned and participated in the '10th Shanghai Overseas Property & Investment Immigration Show'. Here we established links with HNW Chinese investors looking for new citizenship opportunities.
Participated in the 'Citizenship by Investment & International Residence Summit' held in Dubai.
Planned and participated in various real estate exhibitions including Cityscape Global (Dubai), Cityscape Abu Dhabi, and the International Property Show (Dubai).
Developed new website content, brochures, flyers, HTML email shots for the company's latest projects, working closely with the creative design and web development team.
Initiated the company's first social media, SEO and Google adword campaign to boost website rankings and generate new leads.
Training new recruits on product knowledge and working closely with the Sales Director reviewing performance objectives.
Downtown Real Estate is a Dubai based international property specialist offering a variety of select properties for sale in downtown areas across the globe offering expert advice in a number of regional markets including the Middle East, the Sub-Continent, Africa and Eastern Europe.
Achievements:
Promoting exclusive central London new developments for the UK’s largest property developer - The Berkeley Group.
Planned, prepared and executed multiple private international property exhibitions across the Middle
East including in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Qatar, Kuwait; and also in Sri Lanka.
Generated over £5 million in sales revenue from promoting central London property.
Managed a portfolio of high net worth investors spanning all over the GCC.
Set up and established JV relationships with brokers in Dubai, Kuwait and Riyadh.
Initially set up the backbone for the company’s structure, processes, policies and procedures
In the early stages of formation, I designed and wrote all of the company’s marketing material including website content, company profile, individual project brochures, sales presentations and training material.
Using my knowledge and experience accumulated in previous roles, I created a systematic structure for the flow of all legal documentation including sales contracts and agency agreements.
As Head of Acquisitions I painstakingly researched and hunted for new ‘off-market’ land projects in the UK. In 18 months I managed to successfully negotiate the acquisition of 4 exclusive projects around Greater London, each bigger and better than the one before. These 4 sites have served as the company’s complete product inventory portfolio since its inception.
New acquisitions involved flying to London for physical site inspections and carrying out investigative research on government policies, prices and demand within each of the local areas where sites were purchased.
Directly involved in implementing new ideas and strategic decision making with the Chairman and CEO
Project managed and coordinated the company’s participation in the Nigerian Real Estate Fair in Lagos, Nigeria. This helped the company sell out its 1st project completely and unlocked the door to a fruitful business relationship with one of Nigeria’s leading real estate agents
Created an excellent and unparalleled business relationship with one of London’s leading property law firms Verto Group Legal, establishing Kings Land Global as one of their top international clients
Responsible for overseeing the delivery of legal documentation and the successful registration of all land plots sold
Trained new employees on product knowledge, legal documentation and sales techniques
Presented the company and it product portfolio on PowerPoint to various groups of high net worth investors.
Managed, trained and developed a team of 10 Investment Consultants to perform to achieve exceptional sales performance in the early stages of company formation
Organised, planned and executed the company’s first major real estate event in Qatar. The exhibition known as QREX (Qatar Real Estate Exhibition) was a huge success and generated over 2.5 million AED in sales revenue
Coordinated and managed a large scale recruitment plan by designing and implementing multiple group interview sessions where selective candidates would be challenged with group exercises and individual tasks
With a successful recruitment drive, I grew the sales team to 30 people consisting of Investment Consultants, Promotional Venue Executives and Lead Generation Specialists
Managed and assisted in the setup of the company’s first 3 promotional venue stalls in major hotels in Dubai including the Fairmont and Sheraton Jumeirah Beach. Having a presence in these venues have resulted in extensive lead generation, market awareness and improved sales performance
Reviewed business tactics in strategy meetings with Chairman
Successfully investigated, researched, negotiated and executed the acquisition of the company’s first major land project situated in Iver, west London. This proved to be a landmark moment in Herald Land’s short history and elevated the company to new heights with a product far more superior compared to its competitors
Constructed, designed and wrote a 100 page Training Manual from scratch which served as a mandatory document used by all of the company’s sales staff and new recruits. This became the blueprint for the knowledge and understanding about the UK land and housing market for the current and next generation of employees
Trained new and existing employees on various areas of product knowledge, alternative investment comparisons, UK housing market awareness and sales techniques including: opening, closing, qualifying, body language and rapport building.
Meltwater News monitors and analyzes online news in more than 110 countries, delivering business intelligence and insight to corporations and organizations worldwide so clients can make informed decisions. In the short time I spent with Meltwater I was able to get a deep insight into the world of online media and learn various solution based techniques to present companies with valuable information about themselves and their competitors giving them priceless knowledge about their own industry.

Delivered the company’s first contract with the largest luxury property developer in Bahrain
Achieved sales targets in first 3 months of training period
Initiated trial campaigns with Meltwater’s online interface with some of the largest global organisations set up in the Middle East including Airbus, ART Marine, Jebel Ali International Hotels, Baker & McKenzie and Dubai Chamber of Commerce
Developed intricate techniques and formulas to search and analyze online media coverage for a multitude of organizations ranging in different sectors with the use of value propositions, crucial business information and statistics, allowing businesses to make key executive decisions.
UKLII targets investors in the GCC. It identifies and acquires areas of prime strategic land in the UK which it then offers private investors.
Consistently met and exceeded monthly sales target of £1 million per month
Transformed an underperforming sales team, resolved long-standing problems, adopted effective strategies, planned and executed tactics, elevated performance, coached, supervised and motivated team members
Managed a team of ten (10) Investment Consultants who amassed a significant proportion of the company’s total revenue in 2008

The founding company of several branch operations including UKLII, UKLI Group itself was established in 2003 by a small team of property professionals. The vision required organic growth, multi-tasking and cost efficient processes. It quickly grew from a 5 man operation in London Victoria to a medium to large size company situated in the prestigious Mayfair area of London due to the explosive success of the product. After tremendous success in marketing campaigns the company soon expanded its operations globally establishing several branch offices along the way. Having spent 5 years with the company, my journey began here.
Achievements:
Generated an overall £3 million in sales revenue - youngest salesperson in the company to do so.
Consistently met individual sales target every month from telephone sales and face to face deals.
