Design and Develop MEP Components, collaborate with Project Manager, Client to determine Project requirements.
Prepare engineering Calculations, Drawings and BOQ. Coordinate and review engineering schedules with project team members.

Reviewing Shop Drawings, Material Submittals. Inspecting RFI, MIR, WIR from Contractor. Attend regular meetings
with Client, Contractor to provide an update on Project Progress, resolve technical difficulties etc. Ensures that all the works have
done are in accordance with the approved construction drawings, contract documents, project specifications and all applicable local
& International standards.

Preparation of Shop Drawings and As-Built Drawings (According to Actual Site installation) for HVAC, Fire Fighting,
Plumbing, Electrical and Network Site layouts. Technical Calculations for the Design of HVAC system, cooling load calculation
using Carrier E-20-II HAP V5.00, CHVAC ELITE software followed by ASHRAE codes, including all the equipments like DX
Units, Fan coil units, Air Handling Units, Chillers etc. Single-line diagrams, load calculations, short-circuit and voltage-drop
analysis, LV/MV electrical design, generator & transformer sizing, switchgear/panel specification. Design and Calculation of Duct
Systems, which includes Sizing of Duct, Air Distribution, Air devices and Installation of the Duct Work following SMACNA, DW
144 Codes. Calculations of Static Pressure for AHUS, Fresh Air, Pressurization and Exhaust fans by using Trane Duct Designer
& ASHRAE Duct Fitting Database software. Calculation of Chilled Water Supply & Return Pipe Diameter & Pipe Friction losses
through Standard Friction Chart for Closed Piping Systems. Pump Head Calculations for Chilled Water Primary and Secondary
Pumps Distribution Systems and Condenser Water Systems.
Selection of Chillers, Cooling Towers, Pumps, Heat Exchangers, Chilled Water & DX AHUs, Central Split & Package
A/C Units, Fresh Air & Exhaust Air Fans, FCUs, Expansion Tanks, Humidifiers, Valves, VAVs, CAVs, Sound Attenuators,
Grills & Diffusers etc. To enquire for the prices for the particular project for all the equipments like DX units, Air Handling Units,
Pumps, Chillers etc. Design and Calculation of various Plumbing, Drainage, Vent & Water Supply system, which includes Piping
Layout, Pipe Sizing, EWH and Water tank selections based on Uniform Plumbing Code Standards. Design and Hydraulic
Calculation of Fire Fighting Piping and Wet Sprinkler systems layout Based on NFPA Standards. Pump Head Calculations for
Sump, Water Supply (Potable & Non-Potable Pumps), Fire Fighting (Electric-Jockey-Diesel) Pumps Systems. Coordinating with
Draftsman/Individual for the preparation of HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting and Pump Rooms Shop Drawings, Builders Layouts
and getting approvals from the consultant. Responsible to take input from the architects, civil, structural engineer, MEP site &
design engineers to develop and maintain the detailed coordination design drawings. Ensure timely availability of all approved
drawings/schedules, technical data from consultant/client for the construction project team. Keep accurate records, review
information, consolidate reports & take action where necessary. Coordinate with colleagues regarding On Going Projects &
Bidding Projects. For Bidding Projects, Study Projects, make RFQ, if required make MTO, TQ etc. Preparing Technical Submittals,
Method Statements and getting approvals from the consultant. Preparing Letter of Award LOA for sub-Contractors. Guiding site
engineer in Execution of Site Work according to approval Shop Drawings. Ensure smooth commissioning of the erected HVAC
Projects. Ensure safe work environments control the use of material and avoid damages and waste, request material, tools and
equipment needed for the projects and issue the Engineer/foreman daily instructions as per the work plan.
