•Preparation of Daily Transportation Requirement through outsourced 2PL services Based on Customers’ Order ETD, Backorders shipping.
•Controlling daily new customer’s orders and scheduling shipping based on customer required shipping date.
•Scheduling and Monitoring for inbound, Outbound Factory to Warehouse and opposite Finished Goods, Raw Material, Packaging Material Movements.
•Monitoring of Raw, Packaging Material supplier Orders and scheduling inbound deliveries based on production Requirement, Warehouse available capacity.
•Planning with Suppliers for monthly new purchase orders based on forecasted sale volumes.
•Planning and controlling warehouse activities, Customer Order Special Packaging, Forklift Drivers Performance Monitoring, Stock Availability compared with Customer scheduled shipping.
•Market Survey for any available opportunities of 2PL service providers offers.
•Working directly with 2PL and ensuring efficient on time delivery is achieved as per agreed terms and reviewing the KPI’s.
•Contracting with customs clearance brokers and providing necessary details for sea port, airport inbound shipments details.
•Cost reduction of department overall expenses vs Budget.
•Manpower planning for warehouse, transportation requirements.
•Export Customer order management Scheduling, Planning, Monitoring, Execution.
•Ensuring available on hand material are with accurate figures as per system records.
•Weekly, Monthly FG, RM stock taking.
•Ensuring process is being handled as per management approved SOP.
•Following up for any after sale customer complaints with concerned cross functional departments.
•Preparation of monthly KPI results.
•Other various tasks assigned by supply chain manager.
Managing, controlling below activities
1. Preparations of daily purchase requisitions for plant and store replenishment requeiment
2. Inspection of inbound received materials to ensure compliance with actual ordered quantity and quality
3. Put away transactions monitoring to ensure actual received does not exceed ordered quantity
4. Daily checking of store out stock or below min
storage level items and requesting for a replenishment order
5. Setting warehouse handling and safety procedures objectives and goals
6. Weekly periodic inventory count of fast moving items
7. Reporting to management for warehouse weekly activities related to consumption and demand of items
8. Setting inventory levels for all store items
9. Categorization of items based on their values and movements
