• Duties performed include Quality Assurance & Quality Control by implementing Saudi Aramco standards requirements. The objective is to ensure that services comply with the requirements of the contracts and applicable laws.
• Fulfilling roles and Responsibilities of quality system into practice and making every effort to improve the Effectiveness of Quality system.
• Familiar with Saudi Aramco Standard, SAES, SAMSS, SAEP, SATIP, SAIC & SATR, having good knowledge in international Industry Codes and Standards related to Intrinsically Safe Systems (ISS) and Electrical Systems for Instrumentation such as: ISA, ANSI, IEEE, IEC, NEMA, NFPA-72, NFPA-70/NEC and UL. Experience in various types of Instrumentation systems in Oil and gas, Petrochemical of Electrical, Pneumatic, and Hydraulic process control instruments. Loop checking, installation of instruments.
• Vast exposure in the Construction and Inspection Fields in Electrical & Instrument on Mega Projects.
• Handled the Electrical & Instrumentation construction, Inspection, Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning activities on Mega Projects.
• Involve in commissioning and Start-Up activities.
• Monitor during project execution to ensure all the activities are performed as per schedule and expedite the process in case of delay.
• Co-coordinating testing and commissioning activities and providing advice on testing and commissioning procedures and documentation.
• Monitoring progress, recording all test results, witnessing final testing and acceptance of equipment and compilation of all documentation for inclusion in the site test dossier, undertaking testing and commissioning activities in line with the specified site requirements.
• Capable of handling F&G Device installations as per standards like NFPA70 & NFPA72.
• Hands on experience on all types of process field instruments (Pressure, Flow, Level and Temperature elements, Transmitters, Valves, MOV’s, Controllers and Communicators) including smart valve positioner.
