•Manage and coordinate with the control department, Monitor the schedule and cost control of the project.
•Manage and lead the engineering department to serve the project in the most effective way.
•Lead the daily and weekly meetings internally with the construction team and coordinate with the different departments representatives to achieve the weekly construction targets.
•Lead the weekly progress meeting with the client.
•Set, monitor and adjust the productivity rate and operational targets, communicate them to section engineers and provide the necessary support and directions to maximize the project profitability.
