Hardware Management:
• Reconciliation of the Assets through Asset Authority tool for Quality Tracking (Asset Database).
• Remotely Took transitioned Asset Management functions/processes for various clients of USL
• Managing and Monitoring Stock Levels at the stock locations.
• Taking Requests for equipment and allocate stock through HPAM tool and that allocation will be updated in Asset Database.
• Creating tickets to Site engineer for any stock task activities through HPSM tool.
• Coordinating with Site engineer for Stock check, move stock; receive stock, Site audit and validation of the Asset tags.
• Validating Certificate of Acceptance (COA) with the equipment received from the vendor
• Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reporting for stock and asset management.

Software Management:
• Gathering Software requirements across all business units and order the same in the portal.(USL)
• Responsible to Assign, Reallocation of License in the HPSM for USL.
• Initiated and revised process flowcharts and narratives for documentation purposes.
• Gain control over Software Assets by analyzing and reconciling purchase history details to determine what are entitled to use.
• Maintaining the software asset inventory up to date including their warranties, AMCs, etc.
• Providing periodic reports to all business Units on their software usage, AMC renewals, etc.
• Handling License Agreement queries of internal customers and External Customer.
• Track and maintain copies of software licenses, warranties, maintenance agreements.
• Responsible for conducting Software Compliance Audit at the corporate level and producing reports to corresponding Project / Department & to the management with the help of HPAM tools.
• Responsible for planning the annual requirements to develop the common pool of licenses with input from HR, IT, Recruitment, Finance and Project Managers.
• Manage Software Library (License Agreement, CD, Manuals, MSDN, CD Keys)
• Involved in preparing the MIS reports for the Higher Management and presenting them on monthly/weekly basis. Reports are prepared in MS Excel, PowerPoint etc.
