• Responsible for all Financial Settlements with The other Operator's Worldwide & Dealing with Different Clearing Houses.

• Produce Various Roaming and Interconnect Analysis and reports required by the top Management Whether Scheduled or on Request Reports.

• Preparing Different Types of Accruals and Budgets for Roaming and Interconnect.

• Responsible for any Roaming Financial Treatments & Recording transactions.

• Work closely with Marketing Department to Develops the Strategy, Roadmap, Evaluation, launch and rollout of International & Roaming Services.

• Ensure Timely and Accurate Reporting of Financials for Current Estimates with Understanding of Variances to Prior Estimates and Actuals.

• Monitor, Analyze and Forecast the Roaming and Interconnect Performance.

• Supervise and Control the Performance of The Financial Clearing House (FCH)

• Responsible for the Annual Workshop with the Financial Clearing in London to control cash out and Receivables.

• Review Reconciliations of the Roaming Revenue and Charges for All Roaming Partners.‎


• Work Closely with Other Internal Departments in order to Gather Data & Information to Update the Roaming Revenue Forecast and to Insure Accurate Recording and Raise Alarms Based on the Agreed-on Thresholds.

• Analyze the preferred partners’ traffic and revenue in order to ensure accurate calculations and implementation of the IOT discounts and their consistency with the signed contract together with coordinating their proper management.

• Prepare Variance Analysis of Operating Results VS Forecasts

• Monitor Roaming Reconciliation between Network Operations and Billing systems.

• Responsible for Review Interconnect Contracts from Financial View.

• Responsible for Invoicing & Follow up Outstanding Receivables.

• Reconcile the Interconnect Traffic & Rates between Mobinil & Other Local operators.

• Prepare Different Types of Analysis for Interconnect and MNP.

• Monitoring & Controlling Sales Collection for Mobinil Shops, franchises & Point of sales.

• Creating & updating any new sales item on the Sales data base System & Applying the needed financial treatment.
