Budget Control, Programme Management
Lead and support project based planners and project control engineers in managing the programme & Budget (Actuals and Forecasts) and reporting to Clients.

DW015 Package 1 is a Local Roads and Drainage Project that comprises the construction of roads, foul sewerage and surface water drainage networks using non-disruptive method (Micro-Tunnel) and also a Treated Sewage Effluent (TSE) network supporting the infrastructure of a residential area in West of Doha. My works as a Sr.Planning Engineer include
• Recommendation of Approval of Clause 14 Baseline Programme with a detailed report.
• Cash Flow (S- Cuvre) preparation and analysis. Preparation of Consultant’s Monthly report.
• Monitoring and reviewing the progress of the project on daily, weekly and monthly basis with respect to the Clause 14 Programme of Works.
• Assessment the causes of delays to project (EOT)
• The Client is Ashghal and the PMC is Parsons Brinkerhoff.
• Project Value Qatari Riyal 547 Million.
Reviewing, Analysing and Approving of Extension of Time (EOT) claim as a part of the Project's works supervision consultant team. Assisted the Project management team in Time Impact Analysis to assess the EOT claim by the contractor. The project value is Qatari Riyal 200 Million
A member of the Project Management team for the CPO (The Central Planning Office) for the Ministry of Municipalities and Urban Planning (MMUP) in the State of Qatar.
Project Controller (Programme Management) on behalf of the MMUP, to manage and analyse all Transport Infrastructre projects (Doha Metro, Expressways etc) in Qatar related to the hosting of the FIFA WORLD CUP 2022 and the Qatar National Vision 2030(QNV 2030)
Planning Engineer for Roads and Bridges Department
Hasik-Ash Shuwaymiyah Asphalt Road Project: This is a 94 Km project worth more than 200 million USD that connects two small cities of Hasik and Shuwaymiyah. This road runs through the coastline of Oman along a mountainous terrain. My work includes monitoring, scheduling and planning all works related to the project on a daily as well as monthly basis. Coordinating with the Quantity Surveyors and Accounts department for MIS related reports on a monthly basis (including projections, project performances, actual vs planned etc)
A Part for the Planning and Project Coordination team for projects. In-charge of Documentation related to project execution. Project site inspections and work status updating to the company management.
Played an important part in all the documentation and record preparation obtaining ISO certification for the company.

3.1 STP Erection works in Fahud: In charge of Project coordination and documentation for an upcoming project in Fahud. The Main contractor is IECC. The Client is PDO.
3.2 EPC of Chemical Injection Skid for ORPC: Assistant Planning Engineer for the Chemical Injection Skid for Oman Refineries and Petrochemicals Company. In-charge of updating work schedule in Microsoft Project and preparing weekly & monthly progress review reports.
3.3 STP Erection works in Quarnalam: Planning and coordination of the Tank Erection works for a 2 X 700m3/day Sewage Treatment Plant in Quarnalam, Oman. The Main contractor is IECC. The Client is PDO (Petroleum Development of Oman).
3.4 BPS Power Supply Station in Masirah Island: Site coordinator for the civil works of a setting up a BPS power supply station for the Ministry of Defence, Oman in Masirah Island. The client was CH2MHill
3.5 Tank Storage Facility Expansion in Rusayl Industrial Area (work completed): In-charge of documentation and project coordination with client and project consultant on the civil works. Client was Jotun Paints LLC, Muscat.

4.1 Cubix Coconut Grove (Project Completed): Headed the Marketing team for the Cubix Coconut Grove, a 27 Villa complex in Calicut valued at nearly 1.5 Million USD (6.5 Crore INR).Conducted site visits with probable buyers and existing clients. Part of the technical team for sorting out construction related issues with the clients and also the costing team.
4.2 Exclusive Enclave (On Going Project): Headed the Marketing team for the Exclusive Enclave, a 6 Villa residential block in Calicut, India: Conducted site visits with probable buyers and existing clients. Part of the technical team for sorting out construction related issues with the clients and also the costing team.
4.3 Mystic Urbanscape (Future Project): A part of the marketing strategy team. Core Member of the Project Planning team and coordinated with most of the material vendors. In charge of documentation, costing and budgeting.
Preparing Rebar Detailing drawings for various MNC companies including works related to the infrastructure development in South Africa with regards to the 2010 FIFA World Cup
