I am presently functioning as a Planning and Controls Engineer for project related to Musanada-Emirati neighbourhood development of 306 villas and its related infrastructure works, managing planning work for a prestigious project of worth AED 792 Million. Key Responsibilities are but not limited to:
1. Implementing project controls & monitoring procedure.
2. Developing KPI's for the project.
3. Site Monitoring & progress tracking.
4. Preparation of Time Impact, delay analysis and Extension of Time claims.
5. Subcontractor coordination and allocation of villas.
6. Notifying &advising the site team in optimise usage of manpower & machinery
7. Preparing Monthly/Weekly reports, Dashboard reports, daily monitoring & tracking KPI's
8. Coordination with all site team with forecast for the next three weeks and notifying project manager for any lags in the action plans.
9. Preparing notification letters to Subcontractor, client, etc.
10. Assisting Lead planner for any planning and controls requirements.

Senior Planning Engineer with Ghantoot Group for projects with Building Division, Oil & Gas Division, ADNOC Division, and Buildex Division, managing 09 Projects in Abu Dhabi with a team of 05 Planning Engineers.
1. Preparing Planning Packages (Baseline, Narrative, Manpower & Cost loaded, KPI)
2. Preparing Tender Planning Packages.
3. Developing Planning & Projects Controls Process, Procedures and System for Company projects
4. Coordination with contracts for change management and Delay analysis.
5. Extension of time claims, Delay Analysis.
6. Preparing and presenting Cost and progress reports for management.
7. Drafting contractual and technical correspondence for Deputy General Manager.
8. Reviewing the baseline submitted by subcontractors
9. Reviewing Baseline programs prepared by subordinates and closing working with them to fulfil the project requirements.
