* Visit assigned retail stores on a daily route.
* Deliver and stock Frito-Lay products (Lay’s, Doritos, Cheetos, Ruffles, etc.).
* Merchandise shelves, displays, racks, and promotional areas.
* Increase shelf space and product facings to boost sales.
* Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.
* Sell and execute company promotions and seasonal displays.
* Build relationships with store managers and department staff.
* Ensure products are fresh by rotating stock and removing outdated items.
* Handle carton returns and inventory adjustments.
* Maintain sales targets, market share, and customer service standards.

* Supervise and support cashiers, sales associates, and other staff.
* Schedule employees and assign daily duties.
* Open and close the store, including cash balancing and deposits.
* Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints.
* Monitor inventory levels and place orders for merchandise.
* Receive, stock, and merchandise products.
* Ensure the store, washrooms, and forecourt are clean and safe.
* Monitor fuel, lottery, tobacco, and convenience store sales.
* Train new employees and coach team members.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and government regulations.
* Assist with payroll, reports, invoices, and other administrative tasks.
* Help achieve sales targets and control store expenses.
