• Responsible for project functions monitoring including but not limited to Project Management, Site Management, Project Control Management, Engineering/Technical Management, Procurement, Construction Management, etc.
• Develop, enforce, and maintain project governance policies, procedures, risk register, and documentation for audits
• Identifying scopes and developing proposals, RFPs, project charters, and quotes for existing and new clients.
• Develop project timelines, budget estimates, and resource allocation plans
• Responsible for recommending solutions, upgrades, or replacements based on business needs and productivity gains
• Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical expertise during the sales process and conduct product demonstrations with clients including executives and C- levels as well
• Identifying projects and developing proposals, RFPs, project charters, and quotes for existing and new clients.
• Sole responsible for the tender/bid submission process and proficient in drafting bid proposals and preparing detailed bid documentation for both local and international tendering methods
• Understand customer needs to prepare sales pitches and facilitate demos, whiteboard discussions, and POCs
• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and vendors.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, technical specifications, and change orders.
• Prepare a budget based on the scope of work and resource requirements and track project costs to meet the budget.
• Assessing SOWs, WBS, CMA, BMA, quality and risk reg. and negotiating with delivery teams and vendors on tailored services
• Implementing the resource allocation plan that needs to reach objectives and manage resources effectively and efficiently.
• Leverage innovative solutions and emerging technologies to improve ROI on proposal
• Successfully coordinating with different international organizations and government bodies.
• Representative/SPoC of Japan Bangladesh Chamber of Commerce and Industries (JBCCI) on behalf of the company.
• Prepare solution of Harmonic Headend system including Encoders, Mux, IRDs, and Modulators.
• Planning, Installation, commissioning, upgrade, and maintenance of satellite communications equipment including Ku-Band, C-Band, and L-Band systems.
• Implement solution design of Customer Premises Equipment (CPE) for DTH service by collaborating with the chipset manufacturer.
• Finding and finalizing all aspects of Scope of Work (SoW) for all vendors and System of Integrator (SI) related to DTH service deployment.
• Develop link budgets for analyzing beam performance based on remote and transponder capabilities and update link budgets with actual link performance.
• Analyze business/technical requirements to understand integration needs.
• Provide technical support as needed to the Support team, Sales team, and customers
• Successfully provide high-level engineering support to all broadcast Services equipment to ensure the highest possible levels of technical and operational continuity.
• Responsible for Broadcast Baseband network, Satellite uplink & down-link equipment, routing switches, editing systems, and all other broadcast-related equipment.
• Design and cost analysis of new installation and system improvement.
• Provide technical support to other teams within Technology & Ops at ETV.
• Responsible for partners with Studio Operations, Engineering, and Field Operations groups to maintain systems and complete technology projects.
• Maintain Team by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
• Maintain day-to-day operation of Broadcast Transmission Facilities. e.g. all MCR, PCR, INGEST, and Satellite Ground Station.
• Operation and maintenance of graphics equipment e.g. Vizrt Engine, Viz Content Pilot, Viz Trio, Ultimatte, Haris Inscriber Icon Station, and Haris Inscriber Title Motion.
• Successfully Installed, tested, and quarterly maintenance TWTA and SSPA of C- BAND.
• Andrew (4.5 Meter), Advent (1.8 Meter) DSNG Antennas, having operational and installation experiences, performing Cross pole isolation & G/T test with various satellite service providers Telstar10, ASIASAT & INTELSAT etc.
• Responsible for link Budget calculation for DSNG live operation.
• Quick setup of Advent Driveway DSNG (Digital Satellite News Gather) System for the live broadcast.
• Coordination with other international organizations; like as APTN, Singtel, Telstar10, Asia Sat, etc.
• Design and Implementation of satellite communication.
• Planning and implementation of satellite communication/ Fiber optic. Communication/ wireless communication for LIVE video service.
• Closely work with international organization (APTN, Asia Sat, Globe cast, ApStar-11R) for implement of Satellite Video Broadcast.
• Configuration, Maintain, and Monitor satellite video Broadcasting.
• Satellite and Microwave signal analysis.
• SDI and Analog Audio/Video signal testing and analysis.
• IP networking (LAN and WAN).
