As Master Data Management (MDM) Consultant I am responsible for providing industry, conceptual and practical guidance and direction on MDM practices, processes, architectures and governance.
I am working to support Progressive insurance company in replacing their legacy system with a new IBM MDM solution.
The project is including but not limited to:

• Architectural design of MDM solution encompassing Extract, Transform, Load (ETL), Database, MDM and outbound data synchronization components
• Developed data conversion and data loading programs that integrated insurance data from 6 different custodians on a daily basis. Previous system was loaded manually on a monthly basis.
• Migration of subset data from the current system in to the new MDM solution, using data mapping documents provided by IBM/Progressive.
• Data validation and standardization using IBM Data quality.
• Documentation and analysis of MDM requirements and solution context.
• Guidance on implementing the MDM solution.
• Full life-cycle Implementation of the IBM InfoSphere MDM Standard and Advanced Editions.
