Project Manager
Key Deliverables:
• Direct and monitor the execution of tasks under the contract scope of work, include design, constructions & maintenance of road pavements network for the Eastern Province Municipalities of Saudi Arabia
• Identify pavements network, sections and sample unit; create the required manual for pavements distress surveys, comprise survey record plan (SRP) & Standard pavement distresses survey manual.
• Inspect field surveys and collection of pavements distresses, plan project work, program and implementation methodologies
• Organize and lead quality check for the data collected prior to entering into the PMS Software, ( MicroPaver), Developed by US Corp’s of Engineers
• Review Quality Assurance Plans & monitoring progress of work, overall cost control and methods of construction Procedure, method statements of work and relevant testing standards.
• Coordinate and liaise for the approval of QC&QA results of pavement work & recommend solutions to non-conformity reports
• Assess and evaluate pavement structural integrity and operational condition by the used of Non-Destructive Testing Machines - FWD, Mu-meter, Surface Profiler Truck, etc.
• Supervise road maintenance projects (+SR 350 million) and generate project reports; maintain the project schedule above schedule and acceptable quality products
• Provide technical support to the Municipality Maintenance Engineers such as:
o Implementing standards & methodologies of executing asphalt paving, compaction, including placement & compaction of subgrade, subbase, base course layers of the pavement
• Organize Bi-monthly meeting with the staff in order to hear and updates each of the staff requirements, proposals and problems while performing the allocated tasks
Key Assignment:
• Oversaw and managed advisory and consultancy services for
o Restoration and recovery of runway, taxiways and aprons of King Abdul-Aziz Naval Base in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
o Construction of additional rigid pavement apron and connecting taxiways of Prince Sultan Bin Abdul-Aziz Regional Airport in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia
• Smeared Heavy Weight Falling Deflecto-Meter (HFWD), Mu-Meter for (Skid Resistance Test) & Surface Profiler’s Truck (Roughness Test) fo determination of International Roughness Index (IRI).
o Non-Destructive Tests for the assessment of operational safety & structural integrity
o Determination of Pavement Classification Number (PCN) of Runways, Taxiways and Aprons of Medina New International Airport and Prince Sultan Bin Abdul-Aziz Tabuk Regional Airport
Key Projects:
• Pavement Management System (PMS) of Eastern Municipalities Road Pavements Network; Location: Dammam, Saudi Arabia; Project Cost: 30 Million Saudi Riyals
Key Deliverables:
•Lead - Engineer for the Pavement Evaluation Team and formulated final airfield pavement assessment reports a project deliverable submitted to the client the Royal Airforce, Air Bases Project
•Organized and lead meeting among the teams from various sites to brief and guide them regarding the standards and other related technical matters while implementing their allocated tasks
•Generated and estimated work plan, schedules and methodologies of airfields pavement evaluation and other related documents obtained from the client
•Formulated and created the documents for implementing the pavement evaluation survey and distresses collection, include survey forms and distresses survey manuals (Flexible and Rigid Pavements)
•Allocated task to the member as the Team Leader to organize and create the initial QC of the collected data before sending it for final QC & for processing and analysis

OF CIVIL AVIATION
Airfield Pavements Evaluation and Maintenance; Location: KSA; Project Cost: Government Institution
•Lead and implement the airfield pavement evaluation, site surveys and collection of pavement distresses
•Supervise and monitor the maintenance tasks implemented by the maintenance contractors to ensure the complies the standards and specifications recommended by the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Advisory Circulars, ASTM, AASHTO and other related authorities.
•Prepare reports
Post Tensioned Bridges Construction; Car Park of the Madinah Prophet Holy Mosque; Project Cost: 1.5 Billion Saudi Riyals.
•As a Lead - Lead Engineer for Module no. 7. Implement and supervise the installation of forms, shuttering, placement of deck slabs reinforcing steels, concrete pouring, curing, grouting and tendons stressing.
•Coordinate and liaise with the consultant engineers, request for survey, inspection and approval of the executed works.
•Initiate and prepare requisition for needed resources, manpower and equipment
•Prepare progress reports and update work schedule
Construction of Madinah - Makkah Express highway, Part ll; Project Cost: 240 Million Saudi Riyals;
•Responsible for the implementation of Earthwork item of work in the construction of the express highway project. Implement and supervise the execution of embankment (Fill & Cut) and sub-grade layers.
•Resposible for the execution and implementation of Hot Bituminoud Asphalt base course and wearing course paving
•Coordinate and laise with the Consultant Engineers request for survey, inspection, testing and approval of work done,
•Initiate and prepare requisition for needed resources, materials and equipment.
•Prepare monthly progress reports and subsequently update project baseline schedule.
Construction of Roads Network, City of Madinah; Project Cost: 60 Million Saudi Riyals
•Supervise the construction of roads at site
•Supervise the topo survey and prepare road longitudinal profile and cross section of roads
•Calculate and compute as built quantities.
•Prepare work progress reports
