Managing a facility consist of 700 apartments in different locations and two commercial buildings in the range of high and low rise building, plus 50 villas including two villa compounds.
The scope of my work begins with management of 50 personal for maintenance, cleaning and security with three supervisors reporting me about maintenance, cleaning and security. In addition to that, I am dealing with vendors for procurement of service and goods, with tenants for their issues and requests. Further, I closely work with management to develop budget, policies and property improvement projects. Subsequently, I have developed preventive maintenance plan for MEP services and monitoring the service reports for fire, elevators, swimming pools, building maintenance unit (BMU), CCTV, Garbage Chute, façade cleaning and gym.

My duties mainly included planning, operation and maintenance of MEP services, building maintenance and housekeeping activities, contract and procurement handling, ensuring health and safety, quality control and documentation procedures.
• BSc Honours in Facilities Management (2nd Upper Class) - University of Moratuwa, Accredited by RICS
• Certificate in Accounting and Business ΙΙ - The Institute of Charted Accountants of Sri Lanka
