- Acting as a liaison between procurement department to insure all materials delivered on time as scheduled.
- Coordination with technical office in any change in drawings or any revision and QA/QV department.
- Making daily report and reporting directly to Construction Manager.

Position: Projects coordinator: prepare the necessary
sample board to hand it over to the contractor to start bidding, after assigned the contractor, working on placing orders for the required material or furniture, which not include in the contractor scope of work, loose furniture, signage, lighting and drapes, preparing a daily report about the progress on site, monitor the project timing thru project
