As a construction Manager handling the entire construction activates of Island-2 & 4 including Villa construction, Service Harbour, Arrival Jetty, Breakwater structure, Marina, Beaches, Administrative Bock, Amenities Centre, Recreation Building, Kitchen & Dining (for 300 pax), Atrium Plaza, Mosque, Football Field (with artificial grass turf), Basketball Court, Volleyball courts, Staff Accommodation buildings - Rank & File Housing, HOD Residence, Manager Housing (for 1300 pax). Back of the House & MEP service areas - Incinerator Plant, Engineering workshop, Buggy Maintenance, Central Laundry, Goods warehouse, Generator (5 x 1280 kW), Fuel Storage Tanks (3 x 100, 000 L), Sewage Treatment Plant, Desalination Plant, Water Tanks, Bio-digester, Electrical Substation, Telecom Tower & Microwave Tower, Switchgear, Steam Boiler.
Island 2 is in Design and Value Engineering phase for 7 star resort construction.
Responsible for the Co-ordination of all Civil / Structural / finishing / MEP / landscaping work in the Island-2 and Island-4 construction works
Lead the Construction Progress Meeting, planning and prepare the Weekly Progress Report, look ahead program, development briefs for progress reporting to client - Project Director.
Preparing the project execution plan (PEP) & project initiation document (PID), managing the change control processes, monitoring and reporting on budgets, projecting close-out. Preparing risk registers & management of the mitigation strategy, Coordinating the procurement of consultant, contractors & equipment services.

Handling construction of Structure as Lead for luxurious Clubhouse. Structure included several exceptional features such as the PT Curved Petal Roof, Helical Staircase, Sunken garden & water features, spiral ramps and circular lift shaft.
Responsible for the construction supervision of all Civil / Structural / finishing work in the 3 no. Towers (3B+G+38), Co-ordination with other disciplines and monitoring external development works including landscaping.
Working with relevant project authorities in managing progress of the works & helping expedite issues on site relating to time, safety quality & budget.
Maintain log of IRs (Inspection Request) for all pre & post concrete pours on site, as well as issuing of log for different snags.
Liaising with the management of the various Sub-contractors to expedite submissions and approvals across all relevant Project processes, including working with the Construction Manager and other Engineers to provide support and guidance as required.
Monitoring all structural/civil engineering aspects of the project to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications and applicable standards, regulations as well as maintaining full site records.
Review and comment on the Contractor’s submittals (Work Method Statement, Material approvals & Shop drawings) and variations to the work to mitigate time and cost implications to the Client for any required changes.
Review of all civil work submissions and comment / critique on stability and function of the design prior to approval.
Continuous comparison back to both Project & Mace Safety protocols to make sure submissions and approvals comply with standards.

1. Monitoring all structural/civil engineering aspects of the project to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications and applicable standards, regulations
2. Carry out daily inspections of the works of the Contractors at each relevant stage (setting out, formwork, reinforcement, concrete placing, de-shuttering, post pour surveys, etc.)
3. Review and comment the Contractor’s submittals (Work Method Statement, Material approvals, Shop drawings etc.)
4. Liaising with the Senior Structural Superintendent and other Engineers and Managers to provide support and guidance as required
5. Review and monitor variations to the work to mitigate time and cost impacts for any required changes
6. Monitor the review of the contractor’s documents/shop drawings to flag and rectify any issues which may affect the stability or function of any structural components or systems
7. Monitor the project related protocol set up for Inspection of works by the inspection teams
8. Monitor safety aspects when dealing with structural installations
9. Provide reports on the progress of the structural aspects of the project
10. Expediting delay in approval of permits and approvals
11. Maintain registers of all submittals and testing, both on site and off site
12. Maintain full site records, including daily site diaries in an approved format, and formal monthly progress photography
13. Expedition of approvals from the Client if it appears to be stalled or delaying the project

1. Preparing technical specification for shutdown job in Hot Strip Mill Revamping Project
2. Supervising the plant road construction at ECR buildings, Slab yard, coil yard etc.
3. Preparing daily progress report, weekly progress report related to the meeting with client
4. Responsible for verifying sub-contractor RA bill, as well as preparation of client bills as per billing schedule
5. Conducting weekly meetings with the client
