submits material requests &estimation, grants whatever the works need to be done including technical support & following up scheduling activities according to requirement, reviewing shop drawings, coordinates with contracting department to set up conditions and terms of several contracts and projects policies, troubleshooting, evaluates contractors performance.
Implementation and installation all of MEP networks and systems the resort needs such as Sterilized water of swimming pool, boiler system, chalet MEP finishing
•Executed MEP works of 6 towers and 48 buildings from foundation stage to handover the key to client such as court lighting, earthing systems, connecting internal electrical network, set up panel boards, power &lighting, finishing, AC works, telephone.
Responsible to operate and maintain the substation low voltage which includes 4 *1000KVA transformers, RMU and 8 LV P.B., Emergency Generators, UPS units and Fire Alarm System.
MV/LV Networks:

•Installation of HDPE conduits for fiber optical cables, as well hand holes to link STC interface points with primary& secondary networks, inserted telephone and data wires into conduits and completed all necessary works according to STC requirements to ensure the succeed connection with the STC server.
Sewage Treatment Plant (STP)
Purpose: To obtain irrigation water and organic manure from sewage and drainage water by STP using SCADA System.
•Laying cables network of power and control required to enable SCADA system to run the procedure.
•Executed full low current systems (Fair alarm, Data, Public Addressable, Telecomm) Systems and ensure connection by apply required operations tests.

Executed all electromechanical and plumping works from foundation stage to handover the key to client such as earthing/lightning systems, connecting internal electrical network to the mini pillar, set up panel boards, power &lighting, finishing, AC works, telephone, CCTV System, automatic Access Door.
•MP Works: internal sewage and water supply pipes, pumps and tank installation, maintenance, and operation, controlling flew level of tank water through sensors.
•Collected materials quantities and estimated executed works to be submitted periodically as a due invoice to client by the project accountant.
•Prepared contract documents, cost estimation, performed required calculations to ensure design.
